Current Need McKesson’s well-regarded General Counsel Organization is seeking an experienced transactional and healthcare lawyer to support McKesson’s Strategic, Community and Specialized Pharmacy (SCS) segment of McKesson’s Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services business unit. McKesson’s SCS segment helps provide drug distribution and related services to independent, small and medium retail pharmacies and chains, alternate site facilities and specialty/emerging pharmacy channels through McKesson Corporation (US Pharma), the non-acute segment of McKesson Plasma and Biologics LLC, and Masters Drug Company, Inc., McKesson’s secondary distributor. This position requires a keen understanding of the ever-changing business, legal, and healthcare regulatory environment relevant to McKesson’s distribution business
