Universal Studio Group is looking for a Counsel who will have the opportunity to support unscripted projects produced by Universal Television Alternative Studio and advise on complex first-run licensing deals for Universal Television Alternative Studio, Universal Television and Universal Content Productions as part of a dual unscripted/licensing team role. We are seeking a candidate who will draft and negotiate complex development and co-financing agreements as well as advise production personnel and other groups within the NBCUniversal Law Department to provide timely and practical legal counsel during the development and production of our unscripted television content, including vetting concepts and analyzing rights, intellectual property issues and other legal matters.
