As a member of theStores patent team, you will directly interact with the business and technology teams to launch and protect new products and services. Responsibilities include engaging scientists, developers and engineers to identify protectable aspects of their innovations; working with outside counsel on the preparation, filing, and prosecution of our patent portfolio; direct client counseling regarding IP issues arising within the context of product development, business transactions, machine learning dataset and model acquisition, development, and use; analysis of our patent portfolio; and assessment of IP risk from third parties.
