Responsibilities: 1) You will act as the primary employment law advisor on global people programs; 2) You will advise on the labor and employment implications of Human Resources projects and programs (e.g., Mergers and Acquisitions, Privacy, Background Screening, etc.) and business initiatives; 3) You will interact with outside counsel or other service providers to create global legal surveys, synthesize legal advice across geographies, and address and resolve project-specific legal issues.
