Responsibilities: 1) Provide counsel on actual and threatened civil litigation where the Firm is a party, the subject of third-party subpoenas and other legal process where the Firm is not a party to the proceeding, and regulatory or other government investigations or inquiries; 2) Represent KPMG and its professionals in civil litigation proceedings and regulatory investigations and provide legal advice to the Firm and its leaders related to issues arising in those proceedings; 3) Develop, implement, and manage strategies and tactics to defend litigation claims and regulatory investigations and bring them to a successful and cost-effective resolution
