You will have the opportunity to be involved in the company's global privacy program and strategy. Depending on the candidate's skills and interests and business needs, they will: 1) Be primarily responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting global privacy and data protection terms (e.g. DPA) with vendors and suppliers; 2) Assist in developing privacy training materials, data protection playbooks, and providing training to employees on privacy-related obligations; 3) Work collaboratively with product and privacy counsel to support and provide legal advice on the data privacy and contract remediation required in accordance with new laws and regulations (e.g., contract projects related to Schrems II, CCPA, the EU AI Act, etc.); 4) Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in our vendor management, sourcing, and privacy teams.
