Job Duties: 1) Provide employment law advice and counsel to human resources, management, business affairs and other internal lawyers across the company on a variety of employment-related matters including but not limited to business restructuring, workforce management, recruiting & hiring, accommodations, leaves of absence, discrimination, harassment & retaliation, and wage-and-hour issues; 2) Provide advice and counsel on internal investigations of employment-related and other types of complaints, ensuring that claims are promptly and thoroughly investigated and documented appropriately; 3) Managing various aspects of the pre-litigation process, including conducting internal investigations and drafting responses to federal and state agencies’ charges of discrimination, and negotiating resolution with opposing counsel and/or agencies
