The J.P. Morgan Legal Department seeks a lawyer with a background in Credit and Derivatives to join the Private Bank U.S. Legal Group. The role will be based in Chicago and is an exciting and varied opportunity to provide legal coverage to the J.P. Morgan Private Bank and to U.S. Wealth Management, with a particular focus on Credit services (excluding residential mortgages) and various collateral and netting aspects of Derivatives transactions involving Private Bank and U.S. Wealth Management clients.

The successful candidate will be part of an international legal team and work with colleagues across the United States, Europe and Asia. The candidate will be a team player, commercially aware and attuned to the needs of a global business, highly motivated, and be able to take initiative and have a collaborative approach to the provision of legal advice and support.
