The Section Head of the Public Company Law Group will report directly to the Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary. This senior level officer attorney will lead and manage the Public Company Law Group. This position is ultimately responsible for MetLife’s public company periodic reports, managing and providing legal advice on securities, capital markets, and other public company matters. Key internal partners include MetLife’s financial, investor relations, and communications professionals. The role is a primary managerial role within the Legal Affairs Law Department managing a team of six attorneys.
