We are currently hiring a Vice President/Assistant Vice President, Assistant General Counsel for US Macro Markets & Sales. This position is located in the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Legal Department. Responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating and advising on the full range of documentation relating to securities financing and derivatives transactions (including repurchase agreements, master securities forward transaction agreements, ISDA Master Agreements, futures documentation and clearing documentation) and advising the front office on related structuring issues and regulatory requirements.
