The PGIM Investments Law Department provides legal advice across a range of issues impacting PGIM Investment’s investment management business and works closely with colleagues across PGIM Investments, including compliance, operations, fund administration, marketing, product, and finance as well as colleagues across PGIM’s and Prudential’s law and compliance groups, fund counsels and trustee counsels. The attorney will primarily support the PGIM Retail and Alternatives Funds complexes, including serving as the primary senior legal contact for these two Boards, fund development, regulatory matters and supervising attorneys in the PGIM Investments Law Department.
