We are seeking an attorney for our ERISA/Benefits Law Department to provide legal advice on a broad range of issues with respect to our Company’s benefit plan offerings. The responsibilities for this position include advice on design, drafting, and implementation of all types of welfare, wellness and fringe benefit plans, such as medical (including account-based plans such as HSAs, HRAs, and FSAs), dental, vision, EAPs, wellness programs, short-term and long-term disability, basic and supplemental life and AD&D, pre-paid legal, dependent care spending account and other child care plans, and flexible benefit plans.
