We are currently hiring a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel in the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) – Banking, Capital Markets & Research group. The position will include responsibility for providing primary advisory support for the CIB M&A Advisory Group and Investment Banking Coverage teams. This position is located in the CIB Legal Department in New York (mid-town). Responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating and advising on the full range of documentation relating to M&A transactions (including M&A engagement letters, fairness opinions, valuation letters, transactional proxy disclosures and confidentiality agreements).
