Candidate will advise business on various U.S. bank regulatory issues including Federal Reserve Regulations K, W and Y, OCC regulations on investment securities, lending limit, appraisal regulations, as well as new and proposed regulations issued by the bank regulatory agencies. The candidate will be involved in the analysis of new and proposed regulations, work with members of the Legal Department, Government Relations and Office of Regulatory Affairs, liaise with the firm’s lines of business, and help coordinate the firm’s response to rules and regulations. The candidate will also support the firm’s participation in the various trade associations of which the firm is a member, and help write firm comment letters in response to proposed regulations.
