Key Responsibilities: 1) Acts as the primary point-of-contact for litigation case teams, advising and coordinating electronic discovery expectations, activities and resolutions; 2) Manages the day-to-day case details throughout the discovery life cycle among all the collaborating parties, including the firm’s internal attorneys, outside counsel, vendors, and the firm's internal operations and technology groups; 3) Conducts early matter outreach, discovery planning, budgeting, data scoping, tracking, status reporting, managing to timelines, memorializing key decisions and overseeing production requests.
