This role will provide critical legal support to a broad range of CIB markets businesses and will involve: 1) Providing regulatory and legal advice in connection with all aspects of over-the-counter derivatives, centrally cleared products and securities financing activity; 2) Negotiating master agreements, collateral arrangements and trade confirmations, including drafting bespoke/structured products; 3) Evaluating legal netting and collateral enforceability.
