We are currently hiring a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel for US Macro Markets & Sales. This position is located in the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Legal Department in Plano, Texas or Jersey City, New Jersey. Responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating and advising on the full range of documentation relating to derivatives and securities financing transactions (including ISDA Master Agreements, repurchase agreements, and futures and clearing documentation) and advising the front office on related structuring issues and regulatory requirements. You will join a successful, well established team of professionals, and will be provided with extensive training upon joining followed by continued on the job support when needed.
