The position will entail drafting and negotiating ISDA based Confirmations and Master Confirmations for complex OTC equity derivatives transactions and bespoke documentation for complex margin loan transactions, and advising the sales, marketing and trading teams with respect to rules and regulations that affect such transactions. Products include issuer call spreads, margin loans, structured share repurchase transactions, swaps, forwards, stock hedging and monetization transactions, collars, options, and other similar corporate equity derivative transactions
