The Corporate Legal group of the JPMorgan Chase Legal Department advises the firm in its corporate functions across all regions. The ESG Practice group provides client coverage on ESG matters for Corporate Responsibility and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (“DEI”) and coordinates legal coverage of ESG issues across LOBs, as needed. We wish to hire an attorney with disclosure experience and a demonstrated interest in ESG-related legal matters. This Vice President and Assistant General Counsel position provides the opportunity to provide legal coverage for a dynamic and evolving area.
