As an attorney on the CB Shared Services Legal team, you will be part of a team that advises the Commercial Banking (1) global loan operations team that supports the firm’s wholesale loan portfolio worldwide, (2) product management and strategy team with oversight over the firm’s wholesale credit and lending products, and (3) project management teams that are responsible for leading the Commercial Bank’s global program to identify legal and regulatory obligations that impact the firm, and other key regulatory programs.
