This position will be an integral member of the Business Banking Legal team that supports the Government and Not for Profit (GNP) segment and cash management products, advises on commercial lending transactions, deposit account matters and escalations, regulatory matters and will provide assistance on a wide variety of projects and initiatives. The attorney will also interact with other Business Banking groups (Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, Controls, Risk, Compliance and Product) and with legal colleagues in other lines of business on a regular basis. Candidates must have a proven record of being a trusted advisor and providing sound and practical legal counsel in complex situations and the ability to influence others to implement that advice.
