The Legal Department of JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Wealth Management Investment Solutions Legal team primarily to support and advise on all legal aspects of governance, management and administration of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management mutual funds, in particular the $40+ billion Six Circles Funds family, including product development and fund board, adviser and sub-adviser matters. Individual may also be asked to provide other necessary support for the investment solutions business, including negotiating agreements and providing legal and regulatory support for the wealth management investment advisers and platform.
