JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced attorney to provide legal support and advice to the bank’s Corporate Development team, which will include providing legal counsel on a variety of strategic deals across the bank’s Consumer & Community Banking (“CCB”) businesses. The primary responsibilities of the role will include drafting and negotiating templated and bespoke agreements, such as card benefits and marketing arrangements, digital integrations, co-brand card partnerships, and other types of broad-based strategic partnership agreements with household names.
