The Commercial Banking’s Innovation & Payments Legal team provides transactional and strategic legal support for Commercial Banking FinTech, third party payment processors and similar complex clients in connection with their money movement (pay-in/pay-out) products and solutions. The group is also engaged in Commercial Banking's business-led transformation, digitization and simplification initiatives designed to create an aspirational, client-centric experience by creating innovative new payment products and simplifying documentation, end-to-end processes and related technology.
