Reporting to the President of Wacker Chemical Corporation and dotted line to our Group General Counsel, the General Counsel NCA will work closely with our leadership team to oversee, develop and manage our overall legal strategy. The General Counsel acts as the chief legal advisor to the North & Central American and Andino Norte (NCA) operations of WACKER while providing leadership and professional support for complex business transactions and construction projects, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and policies, and representing the company in litigation and other conflicts and disputes.
