The Legal Department is seeking a highly motivated attorney with approximately 6 or more years of experience to join the Corporate M&A Legal Group. The Corporate M&A Legal Group serves as a resource for all lines of business of JPMorgan Chase & Co. The Group supports traditional M&A transactions (including acquisition and divestitures of entities, businesses and assets, as well as joint ventures) and strategic and financial investments, in any event where JPMorgan Chase is a principal in such transactions.
