The VP, General Counsel and Secretary reports to the Chairman, CEO & President and is responsible for leading Legal, and Compliance departments, and serves as the chief legal advisor of the company. The position is a member of the Executive Team and Senior Leadership. The VP is responsible for managing customer relationships (internal and external), working as a business partner by identifying strategic advantages where possible, and assessing legal and compliance risk.
