Based in Boston, this role will report directly to the Head of Digital Assets Legal and be a senior leader on the team. The Digital Assets Legal team provides legal and regulatory guidance and support for the Fidelity Digital Asset Services and Fidelity Digital Asset Management businesses. Fidelity Digital Assets Services is a digital asset custody and trading platform and Fidelity Digital Asset Management is a digital asset investment management business. The Fidelity Digital Assets Legal group also provides legal and regulatory guidance and support in blockchain, smart contract and related technology to enable the research, development and offering of new products and services across the Fidelity Investments enterprise and the Fidelity Center for Applied Technology.
