Based in Boston, this role will provide legal support to Fidelity’s alternative investment products business, focusing on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings primarily in the U.S., as well as day-to-day support for real estate assets, including legal matters related to leasing, operating and improving the assets. The selected candidate will also collaborate with other Fidelity attorneys and external counsel on real estate fund formation, REIT issues and other related matters.
