In particular, the team advises Transaction Banking (or TxB) on: 1) development and launch of new products and services, as well as ongoing business, including advising on the impact of all relevant regulations, helping to develop operational flows such as client on-boarding processes, and drafting local versions of our Transaction Banking client agreement; 2) partnership negotiations;
