The Legal Division is looking for an attorney to be part of the Technology, Sourcing & Intellectual Property (TSIP) team tasked with advising, counseling, structuring and negotiating technology, outsourcing and intellectual property-related transactions. This is a role for an attorney to join the TSIP team in Dallas that, as part of its role, will support the firm’s core engineering and strategic sourcing divisions.
