We are currently seeking an Assistant Vice President / Senior Counsel (AVP) to join the Tech Legal team. This junior attorney will focus on technology transactional work primarily for the firm’s Global Technology organization and Asset and Wealth Management businesses. The attorney in this role will handle the structuring, drafting, negotiation and analysis of agreements for the acquisition of global and domestic technology products and services, including but not limited to intellectual property licenses, outsourcing, software license/support and SaaS agreements. The attorney will work closely with colleagues in Sourcing, Third-Party Oversight, Information Security and Global Technology.
