SVP, HR & CX (Req ID R323816)

Reporting to Marcien Jenckes, President Cable Advertising, the SVP HR & Cx will lead a team of 60 teammates across the globe and work closely in partnership with business leaders of both business groups (Effectv and Freewheel), as well with senior Comcast Cable HR leadership. The position will collaborate with the President and his executive team in evaluating, setting, and executing the business goals and objectives as they relate to our global workforce and will be responsible for providing the leadership to effect and drive business results relative to our customer experience journey. S/He will be business-minded, strategic and a collaborative leader with the appropriate experience to understand and identify business trends and process opportunities to help build team operating plans for the organization while implementing common goals and actions that create results. With a focus on the employee experience, the role is expected to provide hands-on management and guidance to all levels of the organization for the full life cycle of employee experience. Being able to take complex issues and provide insight that is actionable, while evaluating opportunities and risks to find new opportunities to maintain and increase financial performance through the lens of talent engagement is a main focus for this role. In addition, the SVP HR & Cx will work closely with our newly formed Customer Experience team to drive initiatives that will allow Cx to lead Comcast Advertising in its decision product roadmap delivery. It is vital that this person have an understanding of how complex businesses operate as to ensure effectiveness as a key advisor to the President and his executive leadership team. S/He will bring critical thinking to the role to help the organization navigate the continuous change in competitors, customers, and automation/technology.
