Supervisory Attorney-Advisor (Deputy Assistant General Counsel)
As an Supervisory Attorney-Advisor (Deputy Assistant General Counsel), you will: 1) Provide, and supervise the provision of, expert and sensitive legal counsel to many parties; 2) Provide legal advice and assistance on matters handled by the Division pertaining to loan origination, loan management and servicing, claims, and property disposition under Titles I and II of the NHA; 3) Provide oral and written advice interpreting and applying statutes and regulations, and these advisories and options generally have the effect of broadening or restricting the Department's activities; 3) Originate and supervise correspondence providing legal advice, and originates correspondence for signature by the General Counsel and other senior counsel in the Office of General Counsel.
