This position is located in the Office of General Counsel of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM). The incumbent serves as an Assistant General Counsel (AGC) for the Administrative Law Group (ALG) providing leadership and management support to those teams of attorneys in the Division designated by the General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel. The incumbent, together with the other Assistant General Counsels and all other Lead Attorney-Advisors, will be part of the "senior staff" of the Division and will assist in the formulation and implementation of legal, policy and personnel practices and procedures for the attorneys and support staff of the Division.
