Under supervision the Enforcement and/or Statutory Disqualification, the Legal Intern may engage in the following activities: 1) Perform research, review transcripts of hearings, exhibits and other evidence, as well as motions and briefs filed by the parties on appeal. Outline and summarize the significant points involved; 2) Assist in researching and drafting decisions of the National Adjudicatory Council, as well as appellate briefs to the Securities and Exchange Commission; 3) Participate in special projects as assigned.
