In this role you will represent Liberty Mutual and its policyholders in civil litigation matters involving claims seeking the recovery of money damages or compensation paid arising from personal injury or property damage claims of moderate to heavy value with complex legal issues. You will provide guidance and direction to clients and attorneys, specifically on issues related to recovery and subrogation.
