Position will primarily be dedicated to supporting Biologics by McKesson. This position requires a keen understanding of the ever-changing business, legal, and healthcare regulatory environment relevant to McKesson’s commercial contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacies. Agreement types may include, without limitation, manufacturer supply and service agreements, 340B Contract Pharmacy Agreements, payor agreements, and other business partner/vendor agreements, consulting services agreements and software services agreements.
