Sr. Paralegal – Employment Law (Job ID: 20114484)

What you’ll do in your role: 1) Proactively manage cases for employment-related lawsuits, charges, and claims, including coordinating with in-house and outside counsel, conducting initial fact gathering, implementing, and maintaining litigation holds, identifying and gathering responsive documents and information, scheduling and participating in witness interviews, reviewing discovery, pleadings, and other case documentation; 2) Analyze and respond to employment-related third-party subpoenas and other requests for records, including identifying and gathering responsive documents and information; 3) Support cross-functional projects as an employment law/compliance resource.
