We are seeking an attorney to support Visa’s Corporate Law organization. The position is based in San Francisco, California and reports to the SVP, Chief Counsel, Corporate.

The Sr. Managing Counsel, Corporate Governance will be responsible for advising the Company in the areas of corporate governance, corporate finance, and securities laws, as well as providing support to the Board of Directors.
