The Senior Director, Associate General Counsel will join a team responsible for providing legal advice and strategic guidance for TIAA’s growing Digital & Client Experience (D&CX) area, which includes teams responsible for developing and delivering financial advice solutions for retirement plan contributions and holistic financial wellness, an enhanced digital client experience and design, and data analytics and insights across the enterprise. This role would focus primarily on legal support for the development and distribution of digital financial advice, educational tools, and other financial wellness solutions that will aim to help millions more Americans secure their futures in retirement. The attorney will engage with business partners, technology teams and FinTech service providers and ensure that the D&CX strategy is driven in accordance with all relevant laws, and regulations, including those enforced by FINRA, the SEC, DOL and NYSDFS and other state insurance regulators.
