The Senior Counsel is a commercial, generalist, legal counsel for the Mars Wrigley business, reporting to the Associate General Counsel, North America. The successful candidate will be an effective business partner to the Mars Wrigley Commercial, Growth and R&D functions to help the business create, develop and implement new growth operating business models. Working in a highly collaborative manner with the broader Mars Wrigley legal teams (e.g., Food Law, Sustainability, Compliance, Marketing Properties, Intellectual Property, Corporate Development, and Privacy), the Senior Counsel is accountable for delivering holistic legal support to grow the business, manage legal risks and protect the Mars Wrigley brands and reputation, while ensuring compliance with company’s policies and applicable laws.
