The Sr. Counsel/Corporate Counsel – Procurement role will report to VCI’s Assistant General Counsel – Commercial Matters. The role will serve as one of two attorneys jointly tasked with primarily supporting the company’s Procurement Department and associated functions. Working directly with the Procurement team, this attorney will aid business clients in their contractual negotiations with prospective vendors in their pursuit of goods and services. In executing his/her responsibilities, the selected individual will work in collaboration with key stakeholders from Risk Management, Privacy, Compliance and other functions, to ensure that the t the Company’s Procurement efforts meet all internal policies established by the Company.
