As a part of the Enterprise Technology & Sourcing Transactions legal team, you will lead strategy, negotiation and drafting of complex enterprise indirect procurement transactions. You will focus on both Technology and non-Technology transactions for all of the products and services McKesson uses to run its business. Technology transactions include XaaS, cloud services, software licenses, reseller agreements, business process outsourcing agreements, software development agreements, and consulting services agreements. Non-Technology transactions include travel, events, talent acquisition and training, logistics, credit card services, and consulting services. You will also provide support to senior members of on the team on more complex matters.
