Daikin Applied seeks a motivated corporate generalist attorney to support a global, diversified manufacturing corporation across a variety of subject matter areas, including M&A, joint ventures and commercial transactions, corporate governance and subsidiary management, compliance, HR/employment and other matters as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad range of general corporate matters, including with outside counsel on M&A, and enjoy being a valued business partner as a corporate generalist, operating in a fast-paced business environment.
