The Senior Counsel, Corporate Governance & Assistant Secretary will be responsible for managing complex corporate governance and legal entity management matters in support of Visa’s senior leadership and Board of Directors. Responsibilities: 1) Support the Board of Directors and its committees, including working cross-functionally to support the preparation of meeting materials and board books; 2) Prepare proxy statements and assist with the planning and execution of the annual meeting of stockholders; 3) Manage Visa’s corporate structure, including legal entity formation, merger and dissolution processes, and ongoing compliance with local legal requirements.
