Tesla has an outstanding opportunity to join our dynamic legal team as Sr Counsel. In this role, you will support the growth of our energy business with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating commercial real estate leases, licenses and other agreements to support our North American Supercharger program. You will also provide legal support on diverse issues related to the energy business, including electric vehicle charging and charging products. The ideal candidate will have big-firm background, experience in the renewable energy industry and extensive experience negotiating transactions in the renewable energy context, including commercial leases, purchase, sale and other real estate transactions, and other energy-related commercial agreements as needed. Experience as product counsel is a plus.
