In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and refining the strategic direction of T-Mobile’s award-winning Legal and Compliance learning program. You will design and deliver high-quality, engaging Legal Learning solutions that reach every T-Mobile employee, enable us to measure training and compliance effectiveness, and positively reinforce T-Mobile’s enterprise value of “Do It The Right Way. Always.” With your small but mighty team of Instructional Designers, you will engage daily with outside creative agencies and a wide variety of internal stakeholders as part of the instructional development lifecycle. This role requires an innovative and creative approach to adult corporate learning, along with exemplary communication, influence, and collaboration skills.
