Deliver intellectual property (IP) related legal services to assigned units within the Specialties business. Work with key business stakeholders to drive high-value results in relation to transactional support, developing patent strategies, patent preparation / prosecution / maintenance, trademark support rendering legal opinions and IP counseling. Work collaboratively with other members of the Legal Affairs organization and with relevant cross-functional team members Specialties organization. Manage assigned global IP estate to achieve business objectives.
