The department is looking for a talented Attorney to join the Intellectual Property (IP) section of the Law Department with relevant IP experience that includes managing IP litigation and disputes, managing a global portfolio of trademarks, copyrights, designs, and domain names, experience with trademark clearance and the copyright registration process, and experience with overseeing paralegals. The role requires outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute against multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, an eagerness and aptitude for learning, a strong work ethic, and a positive can-do attitude. The position will provide a range of support to manage some of the most famous toy brands in the world, including the specific tasks set forth below.
